End of the road

End of the road - The Cowboys are amazing. There I said it. If they lose a game, erase this from memory.

We’re now in week 15 of the NFL season and the Cowboys raised their win streak to 11 games before suffering another loss.

In the Cowboys’ annual Thanksgiving Day game, they clashed with the Washington Redskins for the second time this season, this time in Dallas. The game between the two playoff contenders proved to be a good one for those digging into turkey as the Cowboys won a close one 31-26.

In week 13 against the Minnesota Vikings, the Cowboys relied on their defense, winning a tough game on the road against a team with one of the stingiest defenses in the league, 17-15 to improve to 11-1.

Finally, in week 14, the Cowboys dropped their first game since their season opener, losing to the New York Giants on the road in a icy game 7-10 to bring the Cowboys to 11-2 on the season.

The Cowboys have already clinched a playoff berth and with three weeks left to play in the regular season, hope to earn home field advantage and claim the top seed in the NFC. I don’t wanna make any promises but I promise I won’t get too emotionally invested and curse at kids wearing New York Giants jerseys...I promise.

Well, the time for this blog assignment has come to an end so you might not get to witness the heartbreak the Cowboys are sure to put their fans through.
